Lead end-to-end project management for innovation and renovation activities from ideation through commercialization and implementation.
Drive project governance through leading cross-functional project meetings, defining timelines, aligning stakeholders on key decisions, risks, actions, and ensuring delivery against committed milestones.
Ensure project execution aligns with agreed critical success factors, business objectives, budget requirements, and risk mitigation plans.
Ensure adherence to project governance and stage-gate processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop timely, accurate, and relevant project communication, reporting, and documentation to support decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
Act as the connecting bridge between manufacturing sites and regional/global markets for innovation-related activities.
Build strong stakeholder engagement and collaborative partnerships with regional teams, key markets, and global collaborators to drive successful project execution.
Act as gatekeeper for governance guidelines to ensure Right First Time decision-making and project execution.
Ensure strong process governance compliance across all assigned projects and activities.
Partner with portfolio leads and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within project management processes.
Qualifications:
Experience in Project Management, Supply Chain, Process Implementation, or related fields.
Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience working in cross-functional environments.
Prior experience in project management, innovation management, or process implementation is preferred.
Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional and multinational projects.
Strong ability to manage complexity, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across multiple teams and regions.
