We are looking for an experienced Business Project Manager to lead strategic business initiatives and organizational change across the bank. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional projects, collaborating with business stakeholders, improving business processes, and ensuring successful project delivery while supporting organizational transformation.
This position focuses on business transformation and change management rather than software development or technical project implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic business transformation projects, ensuring completion within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Partner with business units and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business improvement and drive transformation initiatives.
- Develop project plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to achieve project objectives.
- Design and implement change management strategies to support business adoption and sustainable outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate project governance activities, including project reporting, steering committee updates, and executive presentations.
- Monitor project performance, benefits realization, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Drive collaboration across business, operations, and support functions to ensure successful project implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Project Management, Business Transformation, PMO, Corporate Strategy, Change Management, or related functions.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid) with the ability to apply them in business transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
