Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Transformation & Business Improvement
- Lead strategic initiatives to transform and improve sales processes, productivity, and overall business performance.
- Identify business opportunities and operational inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to redesign workflows, improve sales effectiveness, and enhance customer experience.
2. Business Planning & Strategic Development
- Develop comprehensive business plans, project proposals, and strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct market analysis, business analysis, and financial feasibility assessments to support decision-making.
- Define project scope, KPIs, and success metrics.
3. Project Management & Execution
- Lead end-to-end project management from project initiation, planning, execution, to implementation and post-launch evaluation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Technology, Product, Risk, and Operations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
4. Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as the key liaison between business teams and technical teams.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and business impact to senior management.
- Facilitate workshops and strategic discussions with internal stakeholders.
5. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Track project performance, sales productivity, and operational efficiency metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- 812 years of experience in Project Management, Business Transformation, Strategy, or Consulting.
- Strong experience in financial services, lending, banking, insurance, or fintech industries.
- Proven experience developing business plans and leading strategic initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
