Join a leading global financial institution with a strong presence across Asia and international markets. This organization is committed to maintaining the highest standards of risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence within its Wealth Management business. You will be joining a specialized Business Risk & Controls team, working closely with front-office stakeholders to ensure robust client due diligence and governance practices.
Your new role
- Review and validate Periodic KYC Reviews (PKR), ensuring client records are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies.
- Assess Source of Wealth (SOW) information, supporting documents, and client due diligence requirements.
- Conduct name screening, PEP checks, and transaction-related reviews to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Partner closely with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to resolve exceptions and maintain strong control standards.
- Support the Wealth Management business by strengthening AML/KYC controls, risk management practices, and regulatory compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minium of 3 years experience in AML/KYC, Periodic Reviews (PKR), Source of Wealth (SOW), Risk & Controls, Compliance, Audit, or related banking functions.
- Experience supporting Relationship Managers or working within Wealth Management, Private Banking, or broader financial services environments.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of client due diligence, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English is required, with Mandarin language skills needed to read and review Chinese documents.
- This role is best suited for candidates with long-term work eligibility in Singapore, without the need for employer sponsorship.
