To strengthen our presence in Thailand, we are looking for a Consultant – Business Solution who is passionate about HR tech and committed to delivering value to clients.

Your Role

As a Business Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering and maintaining SunFish HR solutions for our clients in Thailand. Your responsibilities will include handling technical issues, managing contract renewals, providing technical support, and fostering strong client relationships.

You will also support and optimize our HRIS solutions by working closely with clients to understand their HR and payroll requirements, providing expert guidance, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption of SunFish HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle technical issues, provide timely troubleshooting, and deliver effective support for SunFish HR solutions.
• Assist with contract renewals and maintain long-term client engagement.
• Configure, implement, and optimize SunFish HR and payroll modules according to client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (project, product, and support) to ensure smooth solution delivery.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer to ensure successful adoption of the system.
• Analyze client HR and payroll needs and provide expert recommendations for process improvement.
• Monitor system performance, recommend enhancements, and ensure continuous solution improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HRIS implementation, HR/payroll operations, or business/IT consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in Thai and English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of HR and payroll processes in Thailand is an advantage.
