Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and competitive advantage with data driven approach
- Conduct SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis and recommend actionable plans.
Market Analysis:
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to create data-driven strategies.
- Identify potential markets and opportunities for expansion.
Performance Tracking:
- Measure the effectiveness of strategies through KPIs and ROI metrics.
- Adjust strategies based on performance data and insights.
Collaboration with Leadership:
- Work closely with senior executives to define organizational priorities.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
Business Development:
- Negotiate and build strong relationships with partners to foster collaboration and business opportunities.
- Communicate and present ideas or marketing strategies to teams and executives through clear and engaging presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the success of projects.

- Expertise in strategic marketing planning with data driven decision making
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain partnerships.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to work systematically and methodically.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Relevant work experience will be considered an advantage.
- Skill to analyze data by using SQL command

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or relevant fields.
- At least 3 5 year experience in an operational ( process improvement/ process excellence) or process-oriented role
- Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Experience in Telecom is a big plus
- Knowledge on loyalty and customer retention is a plus
- IT knowledge is a plus
- Experience and passion for financial technology
