Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and competitive advantage with data driven approach
  • Conduct SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis and recommend actionable plans.

Market Analysis:

  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to create data-driven strategies.
  • Identify potential markets and opportunities for expansion.

Performance Tracking:

  • Measure the effectiveness of strategies through KPIs and ROI metrics.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance data and insights.

Collaboration with Leadership:

  • Work closely with senior executives to define organizational priorities.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations.

Business Development:

  • Negotiate and build strong relationships with partners to foster collaboration and business opportunities.
  • Communicate and present ideas or marketing strategies to teams and executives through clear and engaging presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the success of projects.

Skills

  • Expertise in strategic marketing planning with data driven decision making
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain partnerships.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to work systematically and methodically.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Relevant work experience will be considered an advantage.
  • Skill to analyze data by using SQL command
  • Hands-on mentality with get-it-done attitude

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or relevant fields.
  • At least 3 5 year experience in an operational ( process improvement/ process excellence) or process-oriented role
  • Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Telecom is a big plus
  • Knowledge on loyalty and customer retention is a plus
  • IT knowledge is a plus
  • Experience and passion for financial technology
