Job Description

Managing daily operations, paperwork, and support for a physical site, focusing on organization, compliance, communication, and smooth function, handling everything from timesheets and safety records to user access and technical maintenance.

Key duties include document control, scheduling, liaising with teams, reporting, managing expenses, and ensuring adherence to regulations.

Key Responsibilities (Physical Site)

  • Document Management: Handle reports, records, timesheets, permits, and drawings.
  • Coordination: Communicate with managers, contractors, suppliers, and authorities; schedule meetings.
  • Site Operations: Order supplies, manage petty cash, reconcile payroll, and track inventory.
  • Safety & Compliance: Monitor adherence to safety codes, ensure PPE usage, and conduct audits.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Key Responsibilities (Website/Network)

  • Maintenance: Perform updates, patches, and ensure optimal performance.
  • Security: Manage user access, permissions, backups, and monitor threats.
  • Performance: Track analytics, troubleshoot issues, and improve user experience.
  • Content: Oversee appearance, navigation, and media display.
