About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Business Support Manager to oversee administrative, operational, and business support functions. This role serves as a key link between management and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, compliance, and continuous improvement of processes. The position is office-based in Bangkok and requires close daily coordination with internal teams

Your Responsibilities :

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Support management with coordination, documentation, and follow-up on operational matters
  • Ensure structured and efficient workflows across administrative functions
  • Act as a primary liaison between departments including HR, Finance, IT, Admin, Sales, and Service
  • Facilitate clear communication and coordination across functions
  • Ensure all business activities comply with applicable laws, internal policies, and industry regulations
  • Update and maintain company documents to ensure legal compliance
  • Apply legal understanding when amending or preparing company-related documentation
  • Supervise and support administrative and office support staff
  • Provide guidance, task prioritization, and performance follow-up
  • Support financial administration and coordination with Finance
  • Assist management with operational and administrative financial matters
  • Coordinate airline ticket bookings for employees
  • Advise and support visa applications, invitation letters, and required documentation

You bring

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business support, operations, or administrative management
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) mandatory
  • Proficiency in Thai required
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, independent, and confident decision-maker
  • Knowledge of Thai labor law, corporate law, finance, and HR is a strong plus
  • Bangkok-based and available for on-site work (not remote)
  • Trustworthy and loyal
  • Service-oriented and detail-focused
