Business System Analyst
On-site, Based in Bangkok (Prachachuen area)

Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and design systems by studying and gathering business requirements in collaboration with users and relevant technology teams.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirements, Design Documents, Program Specifications, and Testing Documents for assigned systems.
- Develop High-Level and Detailed Technical Specifications to facilitate a smooth handover to programmers for development.
- Provide expert consultation to programmers to ensure program development meets specified requirements.
- Coordinate effectively between internal and external departments to ensure successful delivery of project outputs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Analyst, or at least 3 years of experience as a Programmer/Developer.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Flutter, .NET, or Java.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Proven experience in managing development teams and overseeing project management to deliver successful outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop programs based on user needs, a creative mindset, and the confidence to express ideas.
