Business/System Analyst

At least 3 (three) years of experience as IT System/Business Analyst;

Strong knowledge in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies;

Experience in requirement gathering, requirement analysis, business process mapping, prepare business requirement specification, flow charts, logical diagrams, process improvements;

At least 3 (three) years of experience in Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) software development/architecture. Should personnel not meet this requirement, we will consider those with at least 3 (THREE) years of experience in the Oracle technical stack, including web server, middleware, application, and database data flow & design structure; and

Experience in Azure Cloud platform.
