Job Title: Business Technical Analyst
Reports To: CTO
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Study and analyze business requirements from users and stakeholders, and translate them into clear technical requirements.
- Create comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRD), wireframes, and flow diagrams to support product development.
- Collaborate closely with development, operations, and business teams to ensure the product meets business needs and is functionally usable.
- Analyze and design business logic, database schemas, and related systems using spreadsheets or other data analysis tools.
- Participate in planning, developing, testing, and improving products through each product iteration cycle.
- Monitor product performance after launch and use data-driven insights to propose enhancements or future development plans.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality only.
- Experience in analyzing and documenting business requirements and technical specifications.
- Strong skills in using spreadsheets and performing basic data analysis.
- Good understanding of database schema design and ability to clearly communicate technical needs to development teams.
- Ability to create wireframes and flow diagrams to visually represent product concepts and logic.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
