About the Team
KPMG Thailand's Business Transformation team partners with leading organizations to modernize operations, implement enterprise solutions, and drive strategic change across functions. We deliver end‑to‑end transformation covering Project Management, ERP Implementation, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, HR Transformation, and Business Process Improvement. We are expanding our team with experienced consultants who have a strong foundation in project delivery, enterprise systems, and organizational design, and who are passionate about helping clients redesign their operating models for sustainable growth.
Role Overview
As a consultant in Business Transformation practice, you will lead and deliver transformation projects across multiple industries. You will work closely with C‑suite stakeholders to plan, execute, and manage projects involving ERP implementation, business process redesign, supply chain transformation, finance and accounting optimization, or HR and organizational development initiatives.
Key roles and Responsibilities:
Project Management & Delivery
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of business transformation or technology implementation projects (scope, timeline, budget, risk management).
- Oversee multiple workstreams and manage cross‑functional teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders including business users, IT teams, vendors, and senior executives.
- Prepare project documentation: business requirements, solution design, testing strategy, PMO reports, and governance materials.
ERP Implementation (SAP / Oracle)
- Manage or oversee full project lifecycle for SAP or Oracle ERP implementations.
- Facilitate business requirement gathering, GAP–FIT analysis, UAT planning, data migration coordination, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution design meets business needs.
Business Process Improvement
- Analyze current operating models and identify process inefficiencies and pain points.
- Redesign and optimize business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, or related functions.
- Develop future‑state workflows, policies, and controls to improve performance and scalability.
Supply Chain / Finance / Accounting Transformation
- Evaluate end‑to‑end supply chain processes (planning, procurement, inventory, logistics).
- Recommend improvements or system enhancements to strengthen operational effectiveness.
- Support Finance & Accounting process transformation such as Record‑to‑Report (R2R), Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), Order‑to‑Cash (O2C), and Closing & Reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Accounting, IT, or related fields.
- Minimum related experience depending on rank:
- Senior: 2 – 4 years
- Assistant Manager/ Manager: 6 –10 years
- Associate Director / Director: 10+ years leading large-scale transformations
- Strong background in consulting professional firm is highly preferred.
Technical & Functional Expertise
Candidates should have expertise in one or more of the following:
- ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle) – Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, or Operations modules.
- Business process analysis and redesign.
- Finance & accounting transformation, shared services setup, or system implementation.
- Supply chain transformation or process reengineering.
- HR consulting: organization design, workforce planning, manpower modeling, HR operating model.
Soft Skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication with senior executives.
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and deliver under pressure.
- Consulting mindset: structured thinking, business acumen, client service orientation.
