KPMG Business Transformation is seeking a highly motivated professional with a strong background in ERP implementation who is ready to transition into strategic roles within PMO and Business Analysis. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with proven ability to analyze business processes, support project governance, and manage stakeholder engagement effectively. The ideal candidate will bring experience in translating complex requirements into actionable solutions and ensuring successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
As part of our Business Transformation team in Bangkok, you will contribute to large-scale, multi-disciplinary programs, leveraging your ERP expertise to drive process optimization and support PMO governance. You will play a key role in business analysis activities, helping clients achieve operational excellence and sustainable change.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work as an integral part of KPMG Business Transformation Consulting group to manage and execute operations, process transformation/improvement, supply chain management, cost optimization, technology analysis and selection, ERP system implementation, Project Management Office (PMO), and change management for large/complex organization/business/system transformation.
- Lead and deliver ERP-focused transformation projects, including system selection, implementation, integration, and optimization for large enterprises.
- Collaborate with client businesses throughout the ERP project lifecycle, leveraging business performance improvement frameworks to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues and determining ERP-related needs using innovative assessment techniques and tools.
- Manage project activities including development and management of ERP project scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, and quality.
- Work proactively with team members and executives to ensure successful ERP deployment and adoption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 26 years relevant experience, preferably within a consulting firm.
- Required experience in ERP system implementation or large-scale system integration projects. Operation, process analysis and design, process management, and process & technology integration. Project Management and Change Management for large/complex organization/business/system transformation.
- Preferred experience in ERP strategy development and system selection, People/human resource management.
- Ability to participate in the development and presentation of proposals for ERP-related business development activities.
- Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation capability.
- Creativity, adaptability, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with an agile mindset.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Thai and English.
- Good understanding of ERP systems and emerging technologies (e.g., RPA, Blockchain, IoT) will be an advantage.
- Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
