About the Role: We are seeking a Business Transformation Lead with 12–18 years of experience to drive AS-IS to TO-BE transformation across Telecom business operations. The candidate must have mandatory Telecom domain expertise and a strong ability to align processes, systems, and people. AI project experience is a valued differentiator.

Responsibilities:

  • Define Processes (AS-IS to TO-BE)
  • Lead AS-IS assessment and TO-BE design through cross-functional workshops and stakeholder alignment
  • Develop process documentation, SOPs, and business rules for new ways of working
  • Align Systems
  • Translate TO-BE processes into functional requirements for IT and solution teams
  • Manage business sign-off on system design, UAT scenarios, and go-live readiness
  • Track KPIs & Benefits
  • Define transformation KPIs, establish tracking dashboards, and report progress to senior leadership
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess benefit realization and identify improvements
  • Change Management
  • Execute change management plans, stakeholder engagement, and training programs for impacted teams
  • Manage transformation risks, issues, and dependencies across business and IT workstreams

Qualifications:

  • 12–18 years in business transformation, process improvement, or management consulting
  • Expert in AS-IS/TO-BE process design, business process mapping (BPMN), and operating model redesign
  • Strong KPI/OKR definition, benefit realization tracking, and transformation governance
  • Change management expertise: Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's framework, or equivalent
  • Telecom Domain (Mandatory)
  • Deep knowledge of Telecom processes: Order-to-Cash, Trouble-to-Resolve, Lead-to-Order, Plan-to-Build
  • BSS/OSS transformation experience: CRM, Billing, Product Catalog, Provisioning, Order Management
  • Familiarity with TM Forum Frameworx/ODA and Telecom operating model design

Required Skills:

  • Experience embedding AI/ML capabilities into Telecom business processes (churn prediction, intelligent ops)
  • Understanding of AI's impact on operating model design and workforce transformation

Preferred Skills:

  • AI Project Experience (Preferred)
