Business Transformation Manager (AI Project)

Responsibilities :

• Design and lead the enterprise - wide business process transformation roadmap.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement AI - driven automation opportunities. (Agentic AI, RPA, workflow orchestration)
• Deliver measurable business cases with quantifiable ROI. (not just PoC)
• Establish governance & CoE (Center of Excellence) for Intelligent Automation.
• Drive adoption and change enablement across functions.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields
• 10 years of experience in Business Transformation / Shared Services / Intelligent Automation
• Strong delivery record in AI - driven automation (RPA, NLP, Agentic AI, workflow automation)
• Hands - on with tools ; UiPath, Power Automate, n8n, ServiceNow AI, SAP BTP, or similar
• Demonstrated proven business cases - not only PoCs, but live deployments with measurable ROI
