We are currently looking for an experienced Business Unit Manager to lead the strategic planning, operational execution, and commercial success of GSK's portfolio. The role will involve driving business growth, shaping market presence, and ensuring optimal patient access to GSK's innovative therapies. Key responsibilities include the following: - Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement the strategic business plan for the portfolio in alignment with GSK's corporate objectives and identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape to drive growth and innovation. - Operational Execution : Lead cross-functional teams (e.g., medical, marketing, market access, regulatory, and sales) to deliver on business objectives as well as monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure the achievement of sales, revenue, and market share targets. - Team Leadership : Recruit, develop, coach, and manage high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation., also drive engagement and motivation across the team to achieve sustained excellence. - Market Access and Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and policymakers and act as a trusted partner to medical and clinical teams to ensure alignment between commercial and scientific objectives.
