Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product ordering within approved budgets and control inventory levels.
  • Handle assigned product categories and supplier relationships.
  • Source and review products/suppliers; propose selections for approval.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to develop market-relevant products.
  • Negotiate pricing, costs, and terms in line with company policy.
  • Coordinate promotions (e.g., GWP, incentives), staff training, and market surveys.
  • Monitor order and delivery timelines to ensure on-time fulfillment.
  • Manage slow-moving stock and support sales performance analysis.
  • Coordinate shop improvement projects (e.g., renovations, planograms).
  • Support product management across Duty-Free, E-commerce, and other channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 23 years of experience in merchandising or buying (preferably in fashion/sports/toy categories).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of market trends and customer preferences.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
