About The Team

Job Description:

  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits plans, policies and procedures
  • Analyze salary data and job description to determine appropriate salary levels for different positions
  • Prepare report and presentation related to compensation and benefits
  • Research and stay up to date on compensation and benefits trends, laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with department heads, strategy and operations team to design and implement incentive programs
  • Evaluate and recommend new compensation and benefits plans to meet organizational goals and objectives
  • Additional for Change implementation scope
  • Assist with change management initiatives and ensure successful implementation
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
  • Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 46 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or Total Rewards
  • Proven experience managing payroll or compensation processes for medium to large headcount
  • Experience in operations-heavy, fast-growing, or multi-site organizations is preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (data reconciliation, pivot tables, formulas)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform cost analysis and modeling
  • Sound judgment in handling non-standard and sensitive compensation cases
  • Clear, confident communication with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders
