Overview
The role will be based in Lumphun Plant.
Design, implement, and maintain automated systems to optimize complex processes for efficiency, safety, and reliability. Utilize PLC programming and hardware/software integration to support factory automation and operational excellence. Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth, productive, and compliant operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for PLC, HMI, SCADA, robotics and packing automation systems
- Lead root cause analysis for major downtime and system-level failures
- Ensure automation systems are robust, standardized, and aligned with production requirements
- Govern IT infrastructure supporting manufacturing operations, including industrial networks, servers, and data platforms
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure secure, scalable, and resilient OT-IT connectivity.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data integrity, and corporate IT policies
- Sponsor and lead Smart Manufacturing / Digitalization initiatives
- Lead and develop engineering, automation, and OT/IT teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer, or related field)
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- At least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role within Automation, Engineering, OT/IT, or Smart Manufacturing
- Experience in FMCG manufacturing is highly preferred
- 5 Leadership and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Good communication both Thai and English
