Position: C-Suite Sales Position

Location: Yangon, Myanmar (On-site)

Client Industry: MFS Services Provider

Overview

  • Drive enterprise-wide sales growth and shape revenue strategies at the executive level.
  • This role sits at the heart of the organization's leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with other senior executives to accelerate market expansion, maximize customer value, and capture new business opportunities across strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute long-term sales strategies that align with corporate objectives and deliver sustainable growth.
  • Lead and mentor high-performing sales teams, ensuring strong pipeline development and effective key account management.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies that expand market share and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Partner with product, operations, and finance leadership to ensure commercial initiatives are fully integrated and supported.
  • Oversee pricing, contract negotiation, and revenue forecasting, balancing profitability with competitive positioning.
  • Build strategic partnerships and alliances that create additional revenue channels and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Represent the company externally at board-level discussions, industry events, and major client negotiations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in senior executive (C-Suite or equivalent) sales leadership roles.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, and commercial strategy (preferably in telecom industry)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex sales organizations with regional or global scope.
  • Deep understanding oftelecom industry dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscapes.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, sales forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills at the board and enterprise level.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and a results-driven mindset.
