Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Calibration & Validation/ Facilities Maintenance Supervisor based in Chatuchak, Bangkok. The supervisor will oversee the calibration and validation processes for equipment, manage the maintenance of facilities, ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are implemented, and supervise a team to maintain operational efficiency. Responsibilities include inspecting and maintaining building systems, addressing safety regulations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of facility management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 810 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance and calibration, with at least 35 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
• Experience in Facility Management (FM) and Building Maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Technical certification or relevant education in engineering, mechanical, or facility management fields preferred
• Hands-on experience in maintenance operations within a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment is a plus
