About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our call center team in Bangkok. The ideal candidate has a background in the FX (Foreign Exchange / Forex) industry and is fully fluent in both English and Thai. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering professional, accurate, and timely support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat from clients
- Assist clients with account-related, trading, and platform inquiries
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Explain FX products, services, and procedures clearly and accurately
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs)
Requirements
- Previous experience in the FX / Forex industry is required
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is essential
- Fluency in Thai (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a professional phone manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Based in or able to work on-site in Bangkok
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader 4/5)
- Additional language skills
- Experience with CRM systems
