Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our call center team in Bangkok. The ideal candidate has a background in the FX (Foreign Exchange / Forex) industry and is fully fluent in both English and Thai. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering professional, accurate, and timely support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat from clients
  • Assist clients with account-related, trading, and platform inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards
  • Explain FX products, services, and procedures clearly and accurately
  • Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs)
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the FX / Forex industry is required
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is essential
  • Fluency in Thai (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a professional phone manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Based in or able to work on-site in Bangkok
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader 4/5)
  • Additional language skills
  • Experience with CRM systems
