Develop and oversee the annual campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.

Establish a robust framework and operational plan for end-to-end campaign strategy, from planning to execution.
Collaborate with creative, product, Customer Service and UX teams to ensure campaigns are engaging, cost-effective and aligned with in-app functionalities.
Oversee the design and delivery of seamless omni-channel user journeys that drive traffic to conversion.
Own department KPIs, track and analyse overall performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and engagement.
Collaborate with commercial teams to design win-win sponsorship strategies, ensuring value for the platform, users, and partners/merchants.
Lead and mentor high performing campaign professionals, fostering innovation and operational excellence
Job Requirements
At least 8 years of relevant working experience and at least 2 years in leading organizations or cross-functional matrix team setup. Experience in Travel or Technology Industry is a plus
Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on goal achievement and growth.
Deep understanding of omni-channel marketing, customer experience, and how to integrate digital and in-app strategies.
Proficient in data analysis and campaign performance metrics to make informed decisions and optimize results.
Skilled in engaging cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Self-driven, able to juggle multiple projects with clear prioritization. Able to perform under pressure and maneuver within business ambiguities.
