Plan and execute end-to-end marketing projects for ShopeePay, including promotional campaigns, partnerships, and engagement initiatives that drive toward business direction
Coordinate with both internal and external teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with business goals
Oversee media asset preparation, including banners, microsites, and in-app placements, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with brand guidelines
Identify areas for improvement in campaign execution and user engagement strategies, proposing and implementing enhancements based on data-driven findings
Handle ad-hoc tasks related to campaign execution and visibility setup as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business administration, or any related field
3 - 5 years of working experience in marketing-related fields
Experienced in managing end-to-end marketing projects
Able to work in fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
Strong executional abilities, project management and stakeholder management
Excellent attention to details with the ability to deliver high-quality work on time
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in English both written and oral communication
