Develop and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives to drive user adoption and usage growth of Pay-to-Merchant service for SPayLater
Work closely with cross-functional team to identify opportunities for growth-driven campaigns and promotions
Track campaign performance, evaluate key metrics, and optimize strategies using data-driven insights
planning, development, and execution of Point-of-Sale Marketing (POSM) materials for acquired merchants, ensuring brand consistency and clear call-to-actions
Monitor competitor activities in the offline space and propose proactive strategies to maintain SPayLater's competitive edge in merchant visibility
Manage ad-hoc marketing projects and support special initiatives to improve product visibility and usage
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, business administration, or any related field
1 - 3 years of working experience in marketing-related fields
Work experience in project management or similar role
Proven track record in driving growth and managing marketing campaigns end-to-end
Excellent attention to details with the ability to deliver high-quality work on time
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
High proficient in English both written and oral communication
Work experience in eCommerce / financial industry is a plus
