Job Description

Develop and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives to drive user adoption and usage growth for SPayLater and others credit product

Work closely with the Shopee Cluster/Category team to identify opportunities for growth-driven campaigns and promotions

Track campaign performance, evaluate key metrics, and optimize strategies using data-driven insights

Manage BAU and ad-hoc marketing projects and support special initiatives to improve product visibility and usage

Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on campaign plans, timelines, and execution, and provide regular updates on progress

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, business administration, or any related field

1 - 3 years of working experience in marketing-related fields

Work experience in project management or similar role

Proven track record in driving growth and managing marketing campaigns end-to-end

Excellent attention to details with the ability to deliver high-quality work on time

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders

High proficient in English both written and oral communication

Work experience in eCommerce / financial industry is a plus
