Drive end-to-end marketing strategies to achieve business targets and KPIs for cash loan, digital products, and insurance products
Lead and manage marketing campaigns across different financial service products to drive growth, acquisition, and customer engagement
Identify and explore external partnerships and synergies to drive growth and expand the reach of cash loan, digital products, and insurance products
Collaborate closely with both local BD and regional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives and alignment with business goals and budget
Execute performance evaluation to track campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement
Develop, document, and refine marketing-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance team efficiency and project delivery
Lead and manage ad-hoc marketing projects and special initiatives as required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, business administration, or any related field
Minimum 5 years of working experience in marketing-related fields
Work experience in campaign management, project management, or similar role
Proven track record in driving growth and managing marketing campaigns end-to-end
Excellent attention to details with the ability to deliver high-quality work on time
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
High proficient in English both written and oral communication
Work experience in loan / financial industry is a plus
