Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned hotels, building strong, collaborative relationships with hotel management and marketing teams.
- Advertising Strategy Development & Execution:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital advertising strategies tailored to each hotel's specific goals and target audiences.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across various digital channels, with a core focus on Google Search Ads and Performance Max.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI for each hotel.
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing and analysis to refine campaigns for improved performance.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key advertising performance metrics (KPIs) for each hotel.
- Prepare and present regular performance reviews, insights, and strategic recommendations to hotel management and DDL leadership.
- Translate complex data into actionable strategies and clearly communicate the impact of advertising activities on hotel objectives.
- Strategic Roadmap & Media Planning:
- Develop and direct the overall advertising roadmap and media spend strategy for your portfolio of hotels.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising, particularly within the hospitality industry and Google Ads platform.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in advertising channels and tactics.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with other members of the DDL team (e.g., content, SEO, analytics) to ensure integrated and effective digital marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with external partners or vendors as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) as an Account Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist in an advertising agency or in-house digital marketing team.
- Demonstrable, in-depth hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Google Search Ads and Performance Max campaigns.
- Strong understanding of other digital advertising channels (e.g., social media ads, display advertising, metasearch) and how they integrate into a holistic strategy.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, DV360, and other relevant advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong communication, presentation in both English and Thai, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for digital marketing and delivering results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the hospitality industry or managing advertising for hotel clients.
- Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, etc.).
- Experience with other paid media platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in marketing technology and digital operations
- Strong understanding of marketing technology and digital operations, including experience with DXP, marketing automation platforms, CRM, and analytics tools
- Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with data privacy and security regulations
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, etc
