Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of service staff during assigned shifts
Ensure high standards of food and beverage service and guest satisfaction
Welcome guests, take orders, and provide menu and beverage recommendations
Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and overall outlet presentation
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service flow
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Train, guide, and motivate team members to maintain service standards
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and hygiene standards
Assist supervisors and managers with reports and other assigned duties
