Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Bangkok for a Cardiac Nurse Manager. The role involves overseeing and managing nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include supervising nursing operations, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, implementing patient care plans, and ensuring compliance with medical and organizational standards. The Cardiac Nurse Manager will lead efforts to maintain excellence in critical care and foster a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Nursing, Critical Care Medicine, and Patient Care
- Strong Nursing Management skills, including staff supervision and operational oversight
- Knowledge and experience in Medicine, particularly in cardiac care
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary healthcare teams
- Valid nursing license and relevant clinical certifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in cardiac or critical care nursing management is preferred
