Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Case Manager located in Bangkok City, Thailand. The Case Manager will be responsible for managing patient care cases, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring patient needs are met efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, monitoring progress, and facilitating communication between patients, families, and healthcare professionals. The role also involves administrative duties such as maintaining accurate records and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications
  • Experience in patient care management and case coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement care plans
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and maintaining records
  • Relevant education or certification in healthcare management or a related field
  • Fluency in Thai and English is preferred
  • Experience or interest in the pet care industry is a plus
