JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct sourcing selection and evaluation of vendor and contractor
- Analyze procurement big data to initiate a new sourcing plan and strategy.
- Prepare documentation related to procurement tasks (RFP, RFQ, BOQ comparison, Vendor Evaluation, Market Trend, and Key Cost Driver)
- Liaise and coordinate with suppliers and vendors, sourcing new partners and selecting this that meet the requirement qualifications.
- Negotiate/ conduct bidding with suppliers to build a commercial partnership
- Explore new opportunities for product and service innovation to lead to cost reduction and efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the Category expert/Procurement/Supply.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of budget management and control.
- Experience in managing the recruitment and selection of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Solid understanding of construction processes for both high-rise and low-rise buildings.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a purchasing team within the real estate development sector.
- Creative, proactive, and committed to continuous professional development.
