Role purpose
Lead category and investment strategy to deliver sustainable growth in sales, profit, and market share. Turn consumer, shopper, and channel insights into clear commercial actions across MT and GT.
Key responsibilities
- Define category strategy and growth roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Translate consumer, shopper, and market insights into actionable plans.
- Build NPD business cases covering pricing, trade terms, and promotional frameworks.
- Lead packprice architecture, portfolio roles, and mix optimization.
- Develop route-to-market pricing and price governance.
- Set promotion strategy and guidelines; evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements by channel and account.
- Prioritize channels and pack sizes to maximize profitability and ROI.
- Own trade development and trade investment planning, allocation, and performance tracking.
- Drive cross-functional projects with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver commercial targets.
KPIs
- Category volume, net sales, profit, market share
- Trade Development (TD) & Trade Investment (TI) effectiveness
- Delivery of annual commercial commitments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in category management or trade marketing within FMCG.
- Strong analytical capability with solid commercial and financial acumen.
- Proven experience in pricing and promotion strategy.
- Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
