About the job

The ideal candidate should possess a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in product management, particularly within the healthcare electronics sector. They should excel in aligning product development with market demands, optimizing inventory, and driving sales through effective pricing and marketing strategies across various channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute Residential Air Conditioner product management of B2C section.
  • Manage Product Roadmap & Marketing support: Product Line-up launching, Pricing & Promotion strategy.
  • Manage Demand Forecast & Inventory with cooperating with Sales Team & Demand Planner.
  • Monitor Channel PSI: Inventory, Sell-in & Sell-out, and Perform to achieve the sales target with good level of inventory.
  • Manage price structure & control product profitability.
  • Collect market data and set appropriate price & effective promotion for each channel to increase sell-out.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the consumer electronics.
  • Proficient in demand forecasting and inventory management.
  • Experience working with PD and PM team to align inventory with market demand.
  • Experience in developing and executing pricing and promotion strategies that drive sell-out.
  • Ability to monitor and analyze channel performance metrics (PSI: Inventory, Sell-in & Sell-out).
  • Proficient in English and Thai.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
