Role Responsibilities
- Lead the category team in implementing strategic tasks and cost initiatives.
- Plan, develop, and execute measures to optimize commodities, Develop, coordinate, and present procurement strategies to management and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Monitor and benchmark global procurement and commodity markets, competitors, and indices. Perform cost analyses to optimize costs with existing suppliers in coordination with series purchasers or negotiators.
Role Purpose
- Manage a team of commodity buyers (Electronics/Electrical, Valve, Refrigerant, Compressor, Motor)
- Deliver and manage a cost roadmap YOY
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years in commodity management
- Fluent English communication skill, Chinese is a plus
- Sense of responsibility, independence, good manners, cost awareness, flexibility,
- initiative, ability to work in a team, willingness to undergo further training, willingness to work overtime and travel on business.
