Job Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and web leads.
- Prepare and send accurate quotations promptly.
- Follow up actively to convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
- Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
- Handle tender submissions and ensure deadlines are met.
- Update sales records, quotations, and order status in company systems.
Requirements
- Experience in catering, hospitality, event sales, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, organised, and sales-driven mindset.
- Comfortable handling multiple enquiries and customers daily.
