Role Description The Engineer will work on-site in Bangkok in a full-time capacity, supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of technical systems and infrastructure across the space. Day-to-day tasks may include coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure equipment, facilities, and technology are functioning reliably and safely. The role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, proposing practical solutions, and documenting processes for future reference. The Engineer will also collaborate with creative and operations teams to integrate technical solutions that enhance visitor experience, events, and retail operations. This position requires a hands-on approach, regular presence in the space, and adaptability to a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated technical engineering skills in a relevant discipline (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil, or systems), with the ability to support facility and infrastructure needs.
• Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment or building systems in hospitality, retail, or cultural spaces is highly beneficial.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and community partners.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and respond effectively to urgent technical issues on-site.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering or a related field.
• Comfort working in a creative, community-focused environment and openness to understanding local and contemporary culture.
• Commitment to safety, compliance with relevant regulations, and attention to detail in all technical work.
• Professional proficiency in English; Thai language skills are an advantage
