Job Description

Your Role: As the Central Operations Kitchen Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring ingredient quality, cleanliness, and adherence to standards.
  • Planning and managing production processes to deliver ingredients to branches.
  • Scheduling and managing kitchen staff.
  • Forecasting and planning production quantities.
  • Monitoring and controlling ingredient stock levels.
  • Organizing ingredient preparation and deliveries to our restaurant network.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in central kitchen operations.
  • Experience working with large restaurant groups is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Culinary industry qualification or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum English proficiency of IELTS 5 (for sponsorship eligibility).
