CEO Assistant & Growth Intern

Location: Ekkamai 10, Bangkok Thailand

Duration: 3 to 6 months | Full-time | Immediate start

Healthi-Life is Bangkok's pioneering longevity and regenerative medicine house, redefining preventive healthcare for international executives and high-performance individuals.

We are not building a typical clinic.

We are building a structured longevity operating system.

As we enter a significant growth phase, we are looking for a high-potential intern to work directly with the CEO and founders.

This is a growth & strategy internship not a content-creator role.

Your Mission

Support the CEO across three strategic pillars: positioning, execution, and corporate growth.

1) CEO Positioning & Thought Leadership

Develop and structure the CEO's LinkedIn presence

Assist in executive content creation (longevity, performance, healthspan)

Build and manage a disciplined content calendar

Monitor engagement metrics and performance insights

Refine messaging to position the CEO as a serious longevity operator, not a social influencer

2) Executive Assistance to CEO

Structure CEO priorities and calendar discipline

Prepare meeting briefs and executive summaries

Track action points and enforce follow-ups

Support partner, investor, and strategic communications

Implement weekly reporting and performance rituals

Goal: increase CEO focus and reduce operational noise

3) Corporate Growth & Executive Program Development

Support the development of a Longevity Executive Program (C-level offering)

Create structured corporate presentations for Top 500 companies

Research and identify decision-makers

Assist outbound strategy (LinkedIn, email, partnerships)

Prepare executive-level meeting materials and strategic briefs

Goal: position Healthi-Life as a premium longevity partner for corporate leaders

Ideal Candidate

Background in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or Strategy

Strong English writing skills

Structured, disciplined, highly organized

Comfortable with AI tools and automation

Interested in startups and high-performance environments

Execution-driven mindset

Not afraid of responsibility
