Our Partner is seeking a visionary and seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with an IPO-stage background or experience in a listed company to join its executive leadership team. This role is pivotal in shaping the organization's financial direction and driving sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CEO and Board of Directors to define corporate strategy and translate business objectives into actionable financial plans
- Lead annual budgeting processes and develop robust long-term financial forecasts
- Oversee all financial operations, including cash flow optimization, capital structure planning, and funding strategies
- Identify and manage financial and operational risks, ensuring strong internal controls and compliance
- Supervise the preparation and accuracy of financial statements and statutory reports
- Deliver insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and executive management
- Drive fundraising initiatives, including debt and equity financing, and support major transactions such as mergers and acquisitions
- Lead IPO readiness initiatives and manage processes related to public listing, where applicable
- Strengthen financial systems and infrastructure, leveraging ERP platforms and advanced analytics tools to enhance decision-making
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
- Minimum 1015 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management or executive role.
- Proven track record in capital raising, M&A transactions, and IPO execution
- CPA License is highly advantageous
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems
- Demonstrated leadership capability with strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex financial information
- Experience leading a company through the IPO process until listing is highly preferable
- Thai & English are excellent
