Job Description
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with corporate and growth objectives
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on business performance, investment decisions, and risk
- Translate commercial strategy into financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
- Drive disciplined capital allocation across brands, channels, and markets
- Ensure strong financial controls, reporting accuracy, and process integrity
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and balance sheet optimization
- Oversee tax planning and compliance within Thailand and regional operations if applicable
- Partner with commercial teams on pricing, promotions, cost management, and margin improvement
- Provide financial insight on product launches, trade spend, channel mix, and supply chain efficiency
- Drive performance management through clear KPIs, analytics, and financial discipline
- Support scale-up and transformation initiatives across brands and operations
The Successful Applicant
- Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience within large-scale, complex organizations, ideally in FMCG, consumer goods, or manufacturing-driven businesses.
- Strong exposure to Thai listed company environment, including SET reporting standards, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated track record in strategic finance, capital allocation, and value creation.
- Hands-on experience with M&A, investments, and enterprise-level transformation initiatives.
- Solid understanding of regional or international operations is highly preferred.
