Change Management (60%)
1. Employee Engagement Lead
- Analyze Employee Engagement Survey results to define engagement frameworks, tools, and organizational action plans aligned with the Employee Experience journey
- Design and drive engagement initiatives that translate insights into measurable organizational outcomes
- Partner with HRBP and business units to implement engagement initiatives across functions
- Monitor progress, analyze trends, and provide enterprise-level reporting on Employee Engagement performance
- Generate strategic insights and recommend initiatives to enhance employee experience, engagement, and organizational effectiveness
2. Culture Development & Implementation
- Design and drive culture implementation plans aligned with corporate direction and organizational context
- Develop learning tools, activities, and communication approaches to embed organizational values into daily work practices
- Collaborate with leaders and business units to integrate culture initiatives at team and functional levels
- Track progress of culture initiatives and refine implementation approaches based on feedback and organizational needs.
3. HR Projects & Change Management
- Support organization-wide HR transformation and change initiatives
- Develop and execute change communication strategies to reduce resistance and strengthen employee adoption
- Partner with leaders and HRBPs, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of organizational changes
Internal Communication (40%)
1. Internal Communication Governance & Coordination
- Act as the central coordination point for internal communications across departments
- Translate business information into clear, concise, and employee-focused communication messages
- Oversee internal communication workflows to ensure effective coordination, message alignment, and timely publication.
- Establish and maintain internal communication standards and messaging alignment across the organization
2. Employee Engagement Communication & Content Design
- Design communication approaches supporting employee engagement programs and organizational initiatives
- Develop communication content and formats aligned with target employee groups, communication objectives, and organizational context
- Utilize appropriate communication channels and digital tools to support effective internal communication and employee engagement.
- Promote employee learning, participation, and engagement through diverse communication formats
3. Communication Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage the organizational communication calendar covering corporate news, campaigns, and initiatives
- Plan and execute communication activities for key organizational projects in collaboration with HR teams and business units
- Ensure effective and timely delivery of communication initiatives across the organization
4. Communication Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor communication feedback and employee response across communication channels
- Analyze communication effectiveness and continuously improve communication approaches, formats, and delivery methods
- Adapt communication strategies to align with organizational context and evolving employee behaviors
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Internal Communication, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, HR Projects/Initiatives, or Change Management
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across functions
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into practical action plans or organizational initiatives
- Strong presentation skills with experience communicating with senior stakeholders and facilitating workshops or engagement sessions
Technical & Communication Tools
- Proficiency in internal communication and content design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar media design platforms
- Experience using digital communication platforms including Intranet, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, Workplace, Line Official, or other enterprise communication channels
- Proficiency in presentation and collaboration tools such as PowerPoint, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace
- Good understanding of digital media usage and content formats to support effective internal communication
