Job Description

What You'll Do

Change Management Support:

  • Work closely with the CBRE Change Management Manager and Project Management team to provide support and assistance throughout projects.
  • Support the Project Team on-site with the Full Change Management team.
  • Provide leadership alignment coaching and conduct staff workshops and other on-site activities as required.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to help employees and managers adapt to changes.
  • Assess organizational processes, structures, and strategies to identify areas requiring change.
  • Create and implement comprehensive change management plans that align with business objectives.
  • Evaluate the impact of changes on the organization and its stakeholders.
  • Conduct readiness assessments and prepare the organization for upcoming changes.
  • Ensure effective communication to create awareness and understanding of the changes.
  • Attend weekly project team meetings (face-to-face and online) to acquire feedback and updates from clients and report back to the CBRE Change Management team.
  • Record meeting minutes and follow up on items/topics raised during project meetings with the core working team and internal departments.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests from clients with guidance from the CBRE Change Management team.
  • Collect client feedback throughout projects to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Attend on-site workshops to record feedback and ensure effective participation.
  • Monitor the implementation of changes and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide post-implementation support to ensure changes are effective and sustainable.

Workplace Strategy Development

  • Participate in workplace strategy activities for corporate clients, analyzing information and making recommendations regarding workplace requirements.
  • Undertake activities to support key data-gathering processes, including developing communications materials and preparatory work related to client surveys and observation studies.
  • Collate data and create summary slides, diagrams, charts, and other written materials to present findings and recommendations effectively.
  • Conduct desktop analysis, including industry trends, benchmarking, and plan analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate with project teams, including transaction, project management, and design teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution of workplace strategies.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in workplace strategy, organizational development, or change management consulting.
  • Experience with workplace design and knowledge of space planning principles are advantages.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
  • Certification in change management or related fields is preferred.
  • Familiarity with emerging trends in remote work, flexible workspaces, and employee well-being.
