Job Description & Summary
At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end change management for HCM system initiatives, ensuring controlled scope, stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption.
- Own and manage the scope change control process for HCM-related work, including change intake, impact assessment, prioritization, approval, and tracking.
- Assess the impact of changes across people, processes, systems, data, timelines, costs, and risks within HCM platforms.
- Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to evaluate change requests and ensure alignment with business objectives and HR strategy.
- Establish and enforce change governance to prevent scope creep and unapproved system changes.
- Develop and maintain key change deliverables, including change impact assessments, change logs, stakeholder analyses, communication plans, and readiness plans.
- Drive effective stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring awareness and readiness for HCM changes.
- Support UAT, go-live readiness, and post‑implementation stabilization from a change and adoption perspective.
- Monitor and report progress, risks, and dependencies related to HCM change activities to project leadership and governance bodies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in change management, scope management, or transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience supporting or delivering HCM system changes.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate change resistance.
- Strong documentation, communication, and governance skills.
