About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of Application Change Request (CR) deployment, Infrastructure CR, and Security CR. This role requires a strategic thinker who can define and improve change processes, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the change management process for application, infrastructure, and security changes.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure changes are effectively communicated and implemented.
- Analyze and assess the impact of changes, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management activities, making adjustments as necessary.
- Provide training and support to employees and stakeholders on change management processes and tools.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in change management.
- Continuously improve change management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate and establish strong relationships between onsite and offshore teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master&aposs degree is preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in change management within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong technical understanding of Application CR deployment, Infrastructure CR, and Security CR.
- Proven ability to define and improve change processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both English and Thai.
- Experience working with international companies and diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
