Develop comprehensive project plans for cross-functional improvement initiatives, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
Support project kick-off meetings, establish project governance structures, and define roles and responsibilities for project team members
Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution
Operation Process Analysis and Optimization
Conduct a thorough analysis of SPX Express network and process cross facility using SQL
Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and performance improvement through operational flow in the network
Develop and implement initiatives to optimize capacity, efficiency and quality
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Foster collaboration and communication across departments to improve Function KPIs and metrics
Provide regular updates and reports to higher-level management, including project plans, project progress, key performance indicators, and any issues or risks that require attention
Requirements
Bachelor&aposs Degree in related field

Enthusiastic about learning of E-commerce logistics industry
Able to run analysis using SQL, interpret complex data to drive informed decision-making
Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Experienced in project management, and change management, preferably in logistics or transportation management
Demonstrate ability to work across teams to drive operations improvement projects
