Role & responsibilities
- Sales Channel Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Own end-to-end campaign planning and execution across Agency, Banca, and Direct Marketing channels
- Develop data-driven, high-impact sales campaigns to drive cross-sell, upsell, and new business growth
- Align campaigns with frontline sales team objectives, ensuring seamless execution at branch and field levels
- Performance Analytics & ROI Optimization:
- Launch campaigns and track campaign effectiveness using sales data, customer responses, and channel feedback
- Implement A/B testing, segment-based targeting, and performance-based refinements to improve conversion rates
- Regularly review campaign KPIs and suggest enhancements for maximum impact
- Stakeholder & Channel Partner Collaboration:
- Work closely with frontline sales teams, regional heads, and branch leaders to ensure campaign adoption
- Engage with product, marketing, and digital teams to design compelling sales enablement strategies
- Coordinate with training and sales effectiveness teams to ensure campaign readiness across channels
- Process Optimization & Campaign Automation:
- Leverage automation tools and CRM systems to streamline campaign execution
- Design SOPs for campaign rollouts, tracking mechanisms, and feedback loops
- Implement best practices for campaign scalability and efficiency across physical sales touchpoints
Preferred candidate profile
7-12 years in life insurance sales with a strong focus on frontline sales campaign management
Key Skills
- Sales Channel Expertise: Hands-on experience in managing campaigns for Agency, Banca, and Direct Marketing
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Strong understanding of campaign lifecycle, from conceptualization to performance analysis
- Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyse sales trends, customer insights, and campaign performance metrics
- Stakeholder Management: Experience collaborating with senior sales leaders, marketing, product, and training teams
- Tech & Automation Knowledge: Exposure to CRM tools, campaign automation platforms, and digital enablement for sales
