They are now on the lookout for Channel Sales Manager who responsible for driving sales growth and managing channel partners in Thailand's healthcare sector. You will develop strategic partnerships, promote advanced imaging solutions, and ensure strong business performance across the territory.
Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue and margin targets while identifying creative solutions to meet market needs.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with channel partners, including contract negotiations and performance reviews.
- Assess new partnership opportunities and conduct due diligence on intermediaries.
- Plan and lead quarterly business review meetings with partners to track progress and align strategies.
- Present and demonstrate medical imaging solutions to customers, leveraging internal and partner resources.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to support partners and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Drive marketing initiatives and training programs through channel partners.
- Maintain expertise in product features, configurations, pricing, and installation processes.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage territory data effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in medical imaging, medical devices, or related fields.
- Experience in direct and indirect sales or channel management is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in science or related discipline (medical imaging preferred).
- Strong understanding of Thailand's healthcare system
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse, multi-disciplinary team.
