Responsibilities

  • Lead sales activities with both internal and external business partners to drive end-customer acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Design and manage communications strategies focused on attracting, developing, and retaining CPay end-customers.
  • Leverage analytics and experimentation capabilities to build innovative selling strategies to optimize payment lifecycle management.
  • Content plan & writing for Social Media and Offline printouts.
  • Setting online and offline marketing plan & implementation.
  • Main contact for PSP & FinTech partners (follow up closing marketing).
  • Attending online & offline meetings.
  • Follow up with Internal teams and supporting functions.
  • Operations & customer support via chatbot and Zendesk.
  • Onboard, revise and test campaigns.
  • Attend Classera offline & online events.
