About the role

We are seeking a talented Channel Manager to join our dynamic team in Thailand. This full-time position is crucial in driving our sales and channel strategy, with a focus on account and relationship management. As our Channel Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating strong partnerships with our key distributors and resellers, ensuring they are equipped to effectively market and sell our innovative products and solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our network of channel partners in Thailand.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to create tailored sales and marketing strategies that boost product visibility and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and resources to successfully promote our offerings.
  • Monitor channel partner performance and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.
  • Work closely with our internal sales and marketing teams to align channel activities with broader business objectives.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify new channel opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Represent as company at industry events and maintain a strong presence in the local business community.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales, account management or channel management role, preferably within the electronics or industrial automation industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships with channel partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiar with sales and marketing strategies, as well as channel management best practices.
  • Fluency in English and Thai, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
